Please note that if free parking is limited or unavailable at any of your venues, you will be required to cover the cost of parking for myself and any sub contracted employees on the day (second shooters, assistants). FAMILY PHOTOS

Family photos are often treated as an afterthought, but I encourage you to dedicate a bit of time after the ceremony or whenever is most convenient, to capturing these important photos that will likely be passed on for generations to come! How often are both of your families together in the same place, and all dressed up and looking your best? Family photos don’t need to be stiff and boring either, let’s have some fun with it! Crack a few jokes and get some genuine interaction and laughs.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure - leave it to me! Part of my preparation for each wedding includes a site visit to suss out the best spots to shoot in on the day.

Do you have any specific requests for bridal party photos?

I usually aim to get a good set of posed photos of: - The whole group (Bride, Groom, Bridesmaids and Groomsmen) - Bride with all bridesmaids - Bride with each bridesmaid - Groom with all groomsmen - Groom with each groomsman This is just a standard set, which we can 'tick off' before we go off to have a bit of fun together!!! I recommend bringing snacks and drinks (don't forget water on a hot day).

(It’s a good idea to feed us at the same time as when everybody else is eating - nobody needs a photo of themselves eating!)

Overtime agreement

If the schedule runs overtime, the photographer will first check with the couple if they would like to add hours to their photography coverage, for the agreed amount (to be paid after the wedding). If an important moment is taking place at the time the photographer is due to finish coverage, the photographer will continue to photograph the wedding until an opportunity arrises that they are able to talk to the couple without interrupting the schedule. If the photographer has worked overtime, the client has the option to purchase the images taken during overtime, for the agreed amount (based on hourly overtime rate), otherwise the images that were taken during this time will be deleted. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before any post processing/editing of any of the wedding images will take place.
